It is not a substitute for, and does not modify, the private client services agreement signed at onboarding, which governs the specific legal ownership, licensing, and data-handling terms for your installation.
Data Stewardship
Each client's OsemFlow installation runs on its own domain with its own dedicated database. KodeyWebs accesses this data only as needed to provide setup, support, and maintenance services - not as a matter of ownership, but of stewardship in service of your business.
Hosting & Backups
Your business data is stored on the hosting infrastructure associated with your specific deployment. Backup responsibility is shared: KodeyWebs configures the backup mechanism, while your hosting infrastructure stores the resulting backups.
