These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website (osemflow.kodeywebs.site) and your engagement with OsemFlow, a product of KodeyWebs Digital Studio. By submitting a demo request or otherwise using this site, you agree to the terms below.
1. About This Website
This website is a marketing and demo-request site for OsemFlow. It does not process payments, host a checkout flow, or provide login access to the deployed OsemFlow application itself. Its sole conversion action is a demo/sign-up request, which our team follows up on manually.
2. Pricing & Customization Disclaimer
OsemFlow is presented at a starting price of ₦150,000, covering the default, unmodified installation. This is a starting price, not a fixed price: final cost depends on the scope of any customization requested - such as multi-branch support, offline mode, or POS hardware integration - and is always confirmed with you in writing before any work begins. An ongoing monthly or annual maintenance retainer applies in addition to the setup fee.
3. Demo Requests
Submitting the demo request form does not create a binding agreement between you and KodeyWebs Digital Studio. It initiates a conversation; any commercial engagement is governed by a separate client services agreement signed at onboarding.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to submit fraudulent or automated spam submissions through the demo request form, or attempting to interfere with the site's normal operation.
5. Intellectual Property
The OsemFlow name, logo, and the content of this website are the property of KodeyWebs Digital Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
This website and its content are provided "as is." While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, KodeyWebs Digital Studio makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of content on this site beyond what is confirmed directly with you during the sales process.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
